| Senior and Geriatric Commitment |
In addition to our in-office medical care, we are active in the care of seniors and the elderly. We have a vibrant presence in local assisted living facilities and nursing homes. Dr. Robert Detweiler and Dr. Michael Parke individually serve as Medical Directors at three area nursing homes. Dr. Stephanie Shearer and Dr. James Hutchings manage the care of our geriatric patients in other area nursing homes and assisted living communities. Christine Sabatino, CRNP, is certified in geriatric medicine and is actively involved in managing our senior and elderly patients. |

| Hospice Care |
For those patients who require palliative care, Dr. Robert Detweiler is the Medical Director for a local hospice organization.When faced with a terminal illness, hospice services assure a dying patient and their family a multi-discipline team of professionals who provide medical, emotional, and spiritual support. Hospice care gives a person the assurance of remaining pain free, of dying with dignity, and usually remaining in the comfort of their own home. |
